Westwood families, please read the information below about changing transportation home per the district policy. In BOLD are some very important aspects of this policy.
Please ensure the following expectations are being followed:
• Written communication from the parent is required for any change in transportation. This requirement is not negotiable. These should be turned into Mrs. Dansby. You can email her as well pdansby@acsdsc.org.
• Requests must be submitted to the school before 1:00 PM.
• Phone calls requesting transportation changes should not be accepted.
• Transportation changes should be limited to emergencies.
• If requests become frequent or are submitted too late, the principal has the authority to deny the request.
