Varsity football game tonight at Dixie against Liberty at 7:30pm. Concessions will have Chick-fil-A sandwiches, papa John’s pizza, candy and drinks for sale at the trailers. Dixie rally towels will be sold for $2 along with other Dixie merchandise at the booster club table. Clear bag policy, tickets are $8 and can be purchased at GoFan.com

"Starting Monday, 8/21/23, the Dixie High School car rider line for morning drop off and afternoon pick up will be moved to the back of the school (Band room and Old Hall) in the paved parking lot. Refer to the map for a better understanding. It is also the entrance for staff and student drivers to their parking area.
Students should only enter and exit the vehicle in the designated drop off/pick-up area, which will be marked. This is for student safety.
No vehicles will be parked in the lot. Cones, signs, and teachers will be placed throughout the line to guide parents."

The football scrimmage scheduled for tonight at Greenwood Christian has been rescheduled to tomorrow night at 5:00 pm.

National Assistant Principal Appreciation Week
Congratulations to the Dixie High School Winterguard! They placed 2nd at the SC/NC State Championship competition on Saturday.

The SC Department of Education Parent Opinion Surveys are open and ready for parents to complete! Students will bring home a letter with instructions on completing the survey. Come out and support the wrestling team on Saturday as they compete in the State playoffs at Dixie. Dixie will wrestle Eau Claire at 11 am. The winner of the first match will then face Fairfield-Central.
High school league passes will be the only passes accepted as this is State playoffs. Prices will be $8 per SCHSL guidelines.
The girls' basketball game scheduled for tonight has been canceled. The varsity boys' game will now start at 6:00 pm at Dixie.
Dixie will host seat time recovery hours from 8:00am-3:00pm on Tuesday, January 3. Students who intend to stay the entire day will need to bring lunch.
On June 15, 2023, the Dixie, Calhoun Falls, Ware Shoals, Greenwood Christian, and Whitimire football teams will hae a 7 on 7 Passing Game. It will start at 9:30.

The Snow Ball will be held on December 10, 2022.
Student Government will be hosting a food drive next week. Please send items to support this service project.
